Terms of Service

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement, and you must use Nabra on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to represent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done through your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nabra to:

• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use.
• Produce unlawful, hateful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing material.
• Impersonate another brand or person, or misrepresent generated text as human-verified when it has not been reviewed.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the service, or overload the infrastructure.

3. Your content and generated captions

You keep all rights to the photos, videos, voice notes, drafts, and brand information you upload. You grant Nabra a limited licence to store and process that material solely to run the service for you.

You own the captions Nabra generates for you and may publish them commercially. Because generative models can produce similar output for similar inputs, we cannot guarantee that generated text is unique.

4. AI output — review before publishing

Nabra applies your brand rules and runs automated checks, but AI output can still contain mistakes, wrong facts, or wording that is unsuitable for your audience or regulator.

Every caption is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything you publish, and Nabra is not liable for published content.

5. Trial, subscription, and billing

New workspaces get a 3-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, generation is locked until a subscription is active.

Plans are 5 KWD per month or 50 KWD per year, charged through our payment provider UPayments. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Paid periods are non-refundable once they have started, except where required by law.

Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or exposes the service or other customers to risk. You may close your account at any time from your workspace settings or by contacting us.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Nabra available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, and model provider changes can affect the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nabra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and continuing to use Nabra means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
