What counts as a generation
One brief can cost more than one unit when it asks for more work. Edits, regenerations and translations are free.

Questions people ask before subscribing
- What happens when I run out of generations?
- Generating pauses until your period resets or you upgrade. Nothing is deleted: every brand profile, caption and translation stays exactly where it is.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and you only pay the difference for the days left in your period. Downgrades take effect at your renewal date, so you keep what you already paid for.
- What if I downgrade with more brands than the smaller plan allows?
- The extra brand profiles become read-only and extra seats become inactive. You choose which ones to keep active. We never delete customer data because of a billing change.
- Do edits, regenerations and translations cost units?
- No. Only the original generation costs units. Editing, regenerating a single caption and translating are free.
- Do you invoice companies?
- Yes. Tell us your team size below and we will send a quote and an invoice in Kuwaiti dinar.
