Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Nabra collects, why, who else is involved, and the control you have over your data.

1. What we collect

  • Account details: your email address, workspace name, and sign-in metadata.
  • Brand profiles: tone, language, signature endings, hashtags, preferred and avoided words, and compliance notes you enter.
  • Uploaded material: photos, videos, carousel slides, voice notes, and caption drafts you submit for generation.
  • Generated output: captions, translations, and the job settings used to produce them.
  • Billing records: plan, amount, order reference, and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach our servers.
  • Technical data: basic logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. Why we process it

  • To generate captions that follow your brand rules — the core service you asked for.
  • To keep your library, brand profiles, and history available across sessions.
  • To operate subscriptions, invoices, and payment status.
  • To send service emails about your account, payments, and important changes.
  • To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and fix faults.

3. AI processing of your media

Images, extracted video frames, extracted audio, and voice notes are sent to our AI model provider so the model can describe the content and write captions. They are transmitted for that request only and are not used by us to train models.

Uploaded files are stored in your private workspace storage so you can revisit a job, and you can delete them at any time.

4. Who else is involved

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

  • Cloud hosting, database, authentication, and file storage provider.
  • AI model provider that analyses media and generates text.
  • UPayments, our payment processor for subscription charges.
  • Our email delivery provider for account and payment notifications.

5. Retention

Workspace data is kept while your account is active. When you delete a brand profile, a job, or an upload, it is removed from your workspace. When you close your account, we delete workspace content and keep only the payment and audit records we are required to retain.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use only what the app needs to work: a secure session for sign-in and local storage for preferences such as your interface language. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Most of it is editable directly in the app; for anything else write to support@nabra.dev and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to workspace data is restricted per organisation at the database level, and administrative access is limited and logged.

9. Children

Nabra is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact

We will post updates to this policy on this page and announce material changes in the app. Privacy questions: support@nabra.dev.
